Mechanical operation and safety check

⁃ Derailleurs tuned

⁃ Brakes tuned

⁃ Chain lubricated

⁃ Frame, headset, and stem bolts checked and torqued

⁃ Pedals inspected and tightened

⁃ Tyres inflated

Tune Up features, plus;

⁃ Drivetrain clean and lube

⁃ Installation of small parts (brake pads, tube/tyre, grips etc)

⁃ Wheel spoke tension and hub checked (labour charged or service upgraded if required)

⁃ Headset and bottom bracket checked (labour charged or service upgraded if required

⁃ Test ride to ensure correct function

Standard service, plus;

⁃ Wheels tensioned

⁃ Headset greased

⁃ Bottom bracket greased

⁃ Hanger alignment check and gear tune

⁃ Gear or shift cable installation (excludes some internally routed frames)

⁃ New chain, cassette, chainring installation

⁃ Pivots checked and torqued

Premium service, plus;

⁃ Brakes bled

⁃ Bottom bracket installation

⁃ Headset installation

⁃ Dropper post installation or cable replacement

⁃ New bars installed and wrapped

⁃ Hub serviced/bearing installation
